(1)اَلْهٰىكُمُ التَّكَاثُرُۙ
ترجمہ / Translation
اردو: تمہیں غافل رکھا مال کی زیادہ طلبی نے
English: The craving for excess wealth kept you people neglectful.

(2)حَتّٰى زُرْتُمُ الْمَقَابِرَﭤ
ترجمہ / Translation
اردو: یہاں تک کہ تم نے قبروں کا منہ دیکھا
English: Until you confronted the graves.

(3)كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُوْنَۙ
ترجمہ / Translation
اردو: ہاں ہاں جلد جان جاؤ گے
English: Yes certainly, you will soon realise!

(4)ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُوْنَﭤ
ترجمہ / Translation
اردو: پھر ہاں ہاں جلد جان جاؤ گے
English: Again, yes certainly, you will soon realise!

(5)كَلَّا لَوْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ عِلْمَ الْیَقِیْنِﭤ
ترجمہ / Translation
اردو: ہاں ہاں اگر یقین کا جاننا جانتے تو مال کی محبت نہ رکھتے
English: Yes certainly, if you had believed with certainty, you would not have craved for wealth.

(6)لَتَرَوُنَّ الْجَحِیْمَۙ
ترجمہ / Translation
اردو: بیشک ضرور جنہم کو دیکھو گے
English: Indeed you will see hell.

(7)ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَیْنَ الْیَقِیْنِۙ
ترجمہ / Translation
اردو: پھر بیشک ضرور اسے یقینی دیکھنا دیکھو گے،
English: Again, indeed you will see it with certainty.

اردو: پھر بیشک ضرور اس دن تم سے نعمتوں کی پرسش ہوگی
English: Then, on that day, you will surely be questioned regarding the favours.
